I went to the Kino once in Germany one of the summers I lived there, and you had to make reservations because the seating was basically couches and it was more like a lounge, where the concession stand sold popcorn, candy (Haribo!), and other typical movie theater treats, but also beer. Looking forward to your future updates. My sister's bathroom is in a weird place in her den (the TV is against the wall and the bathroom door opens right next to the TV, so if you come out and everyone's watching TV it makes you feel like everyone's watching you) and Seth stood there for sometime trying to figure out how the heck to turn that light on.

And OH MY GOSH, the choices killed me. I hate that left turn (for me) by the preschool. If someone coming out of the street I'm trying to turn on to is also trying to turn left it's a near accident EVERY DAY!
